Amenity Space, BTR

Spaces provided a full turnkey service for our BTR client in Orpington, Kent. Establishing an environment where short-term rental guests can unwind, engage in physical activities, connect with others, or work.

We were assigned two areas within the building, which we transformed into a multifunctional work/lounge area and a gym for short term let residents. The lounge area has been divided into distinct zones, offering a variety of environments that cater to different activities. This is reflected in the diverse seating arrangements, including desks, banquette seating, and sofas, allowing residents to utilize the space throughout the day for various tasks without feeling the need to leave the space.

The absence of windows in the overall footprint was considered throughout the whole design process meaning we needed to be selective on paint finishes and provide striking design features that would captivate the eye and divert attention from the lack of natural light.
