Wyatt Homes approached us to design and procure a luxurious marketing suite for Wilberforce Green, their upcoming New Forest development. The brief combined the Wyatt Homes brand palette with bespoke green accents inspired by the site’s setting. Designed within an existing Wyatt house type, the space needed to create a warm, welcoming customer experience while remaining highly functional for the sales team. The open-plan layout was carefully considered to accommodate dual appointments, digital presentations and discreet conversation areas, alongside practical storage and flexible sample display solutions to support the customer journey.
We began by mapping the customer journey, considering how visitors would be welcomed and guided through the space. This led to the creation of three key zones: a formal sales desk, an options and refreshments bar, and a relaxed welcome lounge. Each area was carefully designed to support both customer interaction and the sales team’s day-to-day requirements, creating touchpoints throughout the suite. The client wanted a space that felt premium and celebrated the Wyatt Homes brand while feeling warm and inviting. The welcome lounge became central to the scheme, offering a calm, comfortable environment where customers could feel at ease discussing their needs with sales advisors.
The completed marketing suite celebrates the Wyatt Homes brand while creating a warm and approachable environment for both customers and the sales team. A monochromatic palette was enriched with forest green accents, adding depth and connecting the interior to the site’s branding and New Forest setting. Sophisticated materials including Silestone, velvet and boucle were balanced with contemporary oak tones to introduce warmth and texture. Subtle references to the Wyatt Homes logo were integrated through wall panelling, joinery detailing and linear lighting. Soft tactile fabrics, lifestyle accessories, scented diffusers and planting completed the scheme, creating a welcoming, homely atmosphere throughout the space.
