With young professionals and small families front of mind, Higgins Homes wanted to balance comfort and practicality, creating a home that supports both work life balance and family living. Clever yet simple design techniques maximise the space, while furnishings sourced from retailers familiar to first time buyers deliver a high end feel without compromising on affordability.
Inspired by Earlsfield’s Victorian heritage, the interiors blend warmth, rich colours, and luxurious textures with sophisticated yet playful touches. The design reflects the area’s charm, embracing its independent shops, excellent transport links, and good schools, making this show home an inviting home for contemporary living.
